You can conveniently return items you purchased on LoroPiana.com to select Loro Piana stores within 30 days of the delivery date. Please remember that you can only return items to stores located in the same country where you made the online purchase.
Prepare Your Return: We recommend that you pack your item(s) in the original order box, if possible. Please include all the documents you received with your order.
Check the Condition: Ensure that the products you are returning are in perfect condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. The security label and seal must be intact.
Schedule an Appointment (Optional): If you wish, you can schedule an appointment for your return here. Simply select "Return to store" as the subject of your request.
Receive Your Refund: Once your returned items are inspected and approved in-store, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that you cannot return the following items to our stores:
- Personalised products
- Perfumes and candles that are not properly sealed
- Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, sleep masks and face masks that you have tried on in direct contact with the skin or that are missing the hygiene label
- Products for which a certificate of excellence has been requested or claimed (e.g., The Gift of Kings® products).
Product exchange: we do not currently offer direct exchanges for online purchases in our stores. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order in-store.
